How does the free trial work ?

The free trial lasts for 14 days. If you decide you want to continue using Tripcatcher after the free trial has ended, just carry on using the app and we will do the rest. The Tripcatcher payment will be automatically deducted from your card once the trial has ended. You will receive notification of your payment from Stripe ( If you have signed up for the monthly payment plan the future Tripcatcher payments will be deducted automatically from your card every month. If you have chosen the annual payment plan (for a Tripcatcher individual account only) the future payments will be deducted on a yearly basis.

How do I cancel the free trial ?

If you decide Tripcatcher is not for you, go to the Account page and click on the cancel button to cancel your account. You must do this before the end of the 14 day trial period otherwise you will be charged.

What types of payment do you accept ?

You can pay by VISA, MasterCard or American Express. We only accept online payments which appear as 'Tripcatcher subscription' on your bank or credit card statements.

Do I have to sign a contract ?

No, there is no contract. You simply need to accept the T&Cs when you sign up. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
